Architectural design and details
Architectural design and details play an essential role in creating an appropriate and inviting appearance to the buildings both at the street level and in views from further away. Equally, how buildings respond to neighbouring sites can enhance the character of the local area.
Our ideas for the architectural design of buildings on the Lea Bridge Station sites include:
Our proposals are for a mixed-use development, comprised of homes, commercial space, a dedicated community space and outdoor public spaces. Accordingly, the character of the buildings will be designed specifically to reflect their use.
Statement from Hawkins Brown Architect

Survey
We want to know your thoughts on our approach to architectural design for the proposed buildings at Lea Bridge Station Sites. We also want to hear any ideas you may have for their design, such as the type of material you would like to be used for the buildings, or any ideas you might have for patterns or forms.
The survey should take three minutes of your time and is available here.
