We are planning on locating the Community Hub on the ground floor of one of the buildings proposed on Site 2. This will make it accessible from a pedestrian-friendly outdoor public space.
The wheelchair-accessible space will be approximately 600 square metres – and big enough to house a mix of community-focused services.

The Community Hub will play a large role in helping us deliver on our social value commitments and we are currently exploring what community services would be worthwhile and work in this space.
As well as using the Community Hub as a space to facilitate services for local young people to deter antisocial behaviour and crime, we are also considering other activities that it could support, such as:

Survey
We recognise the importance of understanding what local people need and would like to see in their area. Therefore, we are eager to hear your thoughts on our ideas for the Community Hub, including any information you might have of great local initiatives that we can support through the Hub.
The survey should take three minutes of your time and is available here.
