Local roads

Throughout the design process, building operation and servicing has been a key consideration and we are committed to mitigating the impact of our development on local roads.

Waste management

As part of our infrastructure considerations, we have developed a waste management strategy for both residential and commercial uses. Our proposals include:

  • Traditional residential communal waste storage in wheeled bins for residual waste, recycling, and food waste, for collection by Waltham Forest Council
  • Separate waste storage areas for commercial tenants with space included for recycling
  • Waste collection will be conducted off-street across the three Lea Bridge Station Sites

Deliveries and Servicing

Each of the Lea Bridge Station Sites have been designed to accommodate delivery and servicing activity off-street. Access to the sites will be managed by suitable measures, including rising bollards and vehicular access gates.

Survey

We recognise the importance of understanding what local people need and would like to see in their area. Therefore, we are eager to hear your thoughts on ourto operate the buildings that we are proposing on the Lea Bridge Station sites.

The survey should take three minutes of your time and is available here.
